Mrs.Lakshmi Bhavani Jagarlamudi, the founder secretary and correspondent of VYCET , strongly believes in those words and she strives rigorously to realize them.

Mrs.Lakshmi Bhavani was born in Achanta, west godavari district, Andhra Pradesh and Sri Godavarthi Ram Rao and Smt.Lakshmi Narasamba her fortunate parents she took up the reins of VRS & YRN college committee in1993 and has been running this enormous organization ever since with the same standards as set by her illustrious predecessors.

She has a wonderful foresight and has recognized the fact that the greater vists are open for those who are scientifically and technologically competent. she did not want the young minds with rural back ground lag behind in catching the global opportunities. She did not waste a single minute of time since then nor did she wink with levity until VRS & YRN C ollege of Engineering & Technology bloomed in to this world of academics in the year 2002 with relevant braches to start with.

The spacious class rooms, well stocked library, full fledged laboratories,experienced, efficient and excellent faculty, healthy and student friendly environment and above all, the enviable results achieved by the first batch of students will speak of her caliber and prove her mettle.
